In today’s fast-paced world, where healthcare costs are rising and workplace risks are unavoidable, the Employees’ State Insurance (ESI) Scheme stands as a vital social security benefit for India’s workforce. Backed by the Government of India and managed by the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), this scheme provides financial protection to employees and their families against sickness, maternity, disability, work-related injuries, and even unfortunate cases of death. Applicable not only to factories but also to establishments like hotels, restaurants, shops, cinemas, newspaper agencies, educational institutions, and medical facilities that meet ESIC coverage criteria, the ESI scheme ensures compliance with statutory mandates while safeguarding employee well-being. At Aarthika Globcorp Solutions, we help businesses with seamless ESI registration, compliance, and management, ensuring organizations stay legally compliant while employees enjoy the benefits of social security and financial safety.
