Is your commercial property protected from fire hazards? If you are setting up a restaurant, warehouse, factory, hospital, school, or residential high-rise, obtaining a Fire License, also called a Fire NOC (No Objection Certificate), is mandatory. This certificate is issued by the local fire department to confirm that your premises comply with the National Building Code and prescribed fire safety norms.
A Fire NOC is not just a legal requirement—it is about safeguarding lives, protecting property, and reducing risks. Having this certificate ensures that your building is equipped with proper fire safety measures, making it safer for employees, customers, and residents.
In addition, many state and municipal authorities will not approve your trade license, occupancy certificate, or building plan without a valid fire safety license. For certain industries, operating without a Fire NOC can lead to heavy penalties or even business closure.
At Aarthika Globcorp Solutions, we help businesses obtain their Fire License quickly and smoothly. From preparing documents to coordinating with the authorities, our experts make the process hassle-free.

A Fire NOC certifies that the building’s design and construction comply with fire safety standards and is usually required before or during construction and a Fire License permits the operation of a business or facility by ensuring ongoing fire safety compliance during its use. The license focuses on maintenance and operational safety measures.
There are two stages which includes a Provisional NOC before construction (based on plan approval) and Final Fire NOC after inspection of actual safety installations post-construction.
It usually has a validity of 1 to 3 years (depending on the state) and must be renewed periodically.
Operating without a valid Fire License can lead to suspension of business activities, fines, legal penalties, and denial of insurance claims in case of fire incidents.
Residential buildings above 15 meters (approx. 5 floors) or those with basements, lifts, or large parking areas must obtain a Fire NOC as per local laws.
