POSH Policy

Every organisation—big or small—has a responsibility to ensure that employees feel safe, respected, and protected at work. That’s exactly what a well-designed POSH Policy (Prevention of Sexual Harassment Policy) achieves. Under the POSH Act, 2013, it is mandatory for every workplace with 10 or more employees to establish an Internal Committee (IC), draft a POSH policy, conduct training, and follow proper redressal mechanisms. At Aarthika Globcorp, we help companies create and implement POSH policies that are not just legally compliant but also employee-friendly, practical, and culturally strong, ensuring a workplace where dignity is non-negotiable.
