Therefore, all service fees paid to Aarthika are generally non-refundable.

However, certain exceptions may apply based on the nature and status of the service.


2. CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1 Cancellation by the User

Cancellations may be requested only before:

  • Work has begun on your service

  • Documents have been submitted for processing

  • Government application has been filed

  • Assigned personnel have started execution

Once processing begins, no cancellation is permitted.

2.2 How to Request Cancellation

3. REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

3.1 Duplicate Payment

If the User accidentally pays twice for the same service, one payment will be refunded.

3.2 Service Not Initiated

If service processing has not started after payment and the User cancels within 24 hours, a partial refund may be issued after deducting:

  • Administrative charges

  • Payment gateway fees

3.3 Service Unavailability

If Aarthika is unable to deliver the service due to internal reasons, a full or partial refund may be provided.


NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

A refund will NOT be provided under any of the following conditions:

  • Service already initiated, processed, or filed

  • User fails to provide required documents or information on time

  • Delays caused by third-party platforms or government departments

  • Issues arising from incorrect details shared by the User

  • Change of mind after purchasing the service

  • Government fees, penalties, or challans already paid

  • External factors beyond our control (server downtime, portal issues, regulatory delays)


4. PROCESSING OF REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment unless otherwise specified.

  • In some cases, refunds may be issued as service credits, depending on the nature of the transaction.


5. GOVERNMENT FEES, PENALTIES & TAXES

Government fees, challans, late fees, penalties, or statutory payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are paid directly to government portals.


6. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

If a User wishes to change the service to another equivalent service:

  • Adjustment may be allowed

  • Price differences must be paid (if applicable)

  • No refund will be issued if the new service value is lower


7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
